I would definitely recommend Symdon's body shop! Everyone was great to work with and the loaner car was a very clean vehicle. Despite taking longer than first thought (as always, there was some hidden damage) they kept us informed of the progress and our vehicle looks great!

I showed up at Symdon Chevrolet at 8:45 for a 9 o’clock appointment. The goal was to get an oil change with full synthetic oil, tire rotation, and see if the air filter needed to be changed. My oil change was done by 9:21. I also like to receive the inspection report along with my bill so I can see what service is coming up on my Silverado 1500 truck.

I have been there 3 times in the past. This was the best experience I have had. I was treated very well. The past cranky employee is gone. The atmosphere is much better and when I called with a repair issue they really did an amazing job. Emily is a great employee and I forgot the guys name but he also did a good job. Experience with new manager was so so didn’t make me feel confident in what they were doing when he couldn’t find my account after booking on the phone with him the day prior. I did confirm with another employee that they did end up finding my correct account and the records were correct. Have been going to Symdon for 10+ years and never had an issue so I hope it’s just a learning curve.

Not happy at all! When you call for service & you can't get in until Nov 5 & I called them on Oct 20th that is terrible!! My 2018 Trax had the message alert for power steering. I lost power steering. The service manager Shaun said we could unhook battery & would reset. It took out the history of the vehicle. So on Nov 5th they had no history so they said to wait til the alert comes up again. NOT HAPPY!

Polite staff and ready to complete my service. My rear brakes still drag initially after sitting. I was told from a prior visit, that it was normal, rear disc brakes and condensation as the cause. Personally, I believe it’s the auto emergency brake system.

I went in for routine service, and the service was prompt and efficient as always. They explained everything they did clearly and did not try and sell me what I didn't need. They pointed out my truck needs new tires which I suspected. They gave me quotes for new tires as well.
